From time to time there can be matters that cause concern.  The following processes assist us with addressing concerns in an effective and timely manner.

 

 

 

 

  1. Speak to your child’s teacher. They are usually best placed to deal with your concern and know your child best.

  2.  Contact the Team leader if you still have concerns.

  3.  Contact one of the school Directors.

  4.  Contact our Principal, Mr Tennent.

  5.  If matters are still causing you concern, please refer to our complaints procedure regarding complaints to the Board.

 

It is our wish to address matters causing concern as quickly and thoroughly as possible, should issues arise.
